This huge mountainside home sleeps up to 12 with direct access to the Paiute ATV trail, in beautiful quaint Marysvale, Utah. Sitting on a full acre with scenic views of the mountains behind the home. Conveniently located at the end of West Bouillon Street, a short walk down the sidewalk from the small market/gas station, pizza joint, and snow cone shack.

This house is currently available for rent. Minimum stay is 4 days. Discount given for stays of one week or longer. Larger discount if you want to book for an entire month.

2850 sq. ft. 2 story home. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. 3 bath, 1 up 2 down. 2 private suites downstairs with a full bath in each. Forced air/heat downstairs, upstairs portable units only.

The home features dual masters downstairs, both with full en suite bathrooms, and televisions, one with a King and the other a Queen. The kitchen, dining room, and large living room with a large flatscreen and plenty of comfortable seating, including a massage chair to enjoy after those long rides, are also downstairs. This opens up to the backyard which features a fire ring, gas BBQ, wood BBQ, firewood, a large grassy area, and a dog run. Invite friends over and enjoy the beautiful clear nights by the fire, or a game of horseshoes or croquet. If its in the home or the 2 car attached garage it is there to enjoy: ice-chests, tow straps, fishing poles, table tennis, tools, and targets (outdoor range nearby). Upstairs you will find 2 more good sized rooms and a shared third full bathroom. One room features bunks beds and a full bed, the other a queen.
